Enquiries
Enquiry – making an enquiry either by email or by telephone is not a contract to purchase a holiday. Bookings are only valid once confirmed directly by us. Until that time, you have no obligation to purchase the holiday and we have no obligation to provide you the holiday(s) you have selected or any other holiday, product or service.

Booking
Summary of booking terms and conditions
We book properties on behalf of clients and each owner will have an "agent" in the area of the property to whom the client should refer upon arriving in resort and throughout their stay. The agent is responsible for all aspects of the property whilst the client is in occupancy.
The property owner or operator will have standard terms and conditions to ensure reasonable use of the property, these should be observed by the client throughout their occupancy
The agent will ensure that the property is clean and habitable, the client complies with all terms and conditions of occupancy, will collect a security deposit paid by the client on collection of keys, will be entitled to deduct damage or cleaning charges as necessary at end of stay. They will also collect any additional local charges (advised by us at time of booking). This is payable to the agent by the client at the time of key collection and differs from resort to resort. We disclaim any liability for disputes between the client and the agent.
Complaints
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant owner or agent immediately, they will endeavour to put things right.
If you can not contact the owner or agent for any reason then telephone us during normal working hours. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to the owner or agent.
If you fail to follow this simple procedure the owner or agent will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and resolve your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights.
We disclaim any liability for disputes between the client and the agent or owner
